MS FARMER has received support in her bid to eradicate global water poverty from some of the most recognisable faces in the world – such as Will Smith, Buzz Aldrin and Janet Jackson.
She has also photographed a number of stars, including Keira Knightley, Kelly Brook and Sir Nick Faldo, to help her with the campaign.
She said all had been helpful and interesting in their own way, but admitted having a couple of close calls – and once even postponed Disney's filming of a Hollywood blockbuster to get her underwater picture.
"There's always been challenges," she said. "I knew three months in advance the day Keira was available.
"It was when she was filming one of the Pirates of the Caribbean films. All my team was at Pinewood Studios and we got a call saying Disney had called her back for filming.
"I had 10 minutes to wing an e-mail over as to why they had to change their filming. They happily did and she came."
Another incident showed the generosity of former Premiership football star Eidur Gudjohnsen, who played for Chelsea at the time.
The Icelander had suffered all day and night in hospital with an injury, but kept to his word and turned up for a photo shoot – despite it being 1am.
