PEOPLE travelling by bus to Kings Hill were shocked when a man flashed his buttocks, removed his false teeth, and snatched a youngster's basketball.
Kent Police released a CCTV picture of a slim, white man, thought to be in his mid-30s, who stunned passengers on the 77 bus between Tonbridge and the estate near West Malling.
Officers are trying to track the rowdy bus-user, who was wearing a tracksuit and grey cardigan, sporting a tongue piercing and may have been drunk.
A 15-year-old boy reported first seeing the man trying to board the number 7 bus at Tonbridge Castle on January 11 and being turned away.
He claimed the man exposed his rear to the driver when he was not allowed on board.
Shortly afterwards, at about 4.18pm, the boy and some friends boarded the number 77 bus and sat on the top deck.
The youngster said the man got onto the vehicle, swearing at him and his friends.
He removed his dentures, sat among the group and started showing them, even asking one of the teens whether he would like to put the false teeth in his mouth.
The man then demanded the boy's basketball before jumping off the bus in Hadlow and was seen running off down Carpenters Lane at around 4.40pm.
Kent Police's DS Simon Barnes has reviewed CCTV footage from the Arriva bus and would like to speak to the man or anyone who witnessed his bizarre behaviour.
He said: "No-one was significantly injured but this was an unpleasant episode for the victim and his friends.
"We have made various attempts to identify the man pictured and are now seeking the public's help in identifying him."
